DOCK 5.2.0 Bugfixes

• bugfix.1: dock scaling vdw and es components of scoring function does not work
• bugfix.2: sphgen produces incorrect clustering
• bugfix.3: dock throws malloc error (does not crash)
• bugfix.4: dock master conformation switch function misconfigured (requires bugfix 3)
• bugfix.5: dock produces incorrect elapsed times
• bugfix.6: dock does not produce error message if orientations cannot be generated or if pose cannot be scored (requires bugfix 4)
• bugfix.7: dock with bugfix.5 does not compile under windows and does not work with sgi(requires bugfix 5)
• bugfix.8: dock with bugfix.6 has dramatically reduced sampling in anchor and grow (requires bugfix 6)
• bugfix.9: dock sometimes seg faults when the sphere file has more than one sphere cluster
• bugfix.10: dock seg faults when gbsa is run on Mac OS X platform
